|
Depicting a seen in Malaya during the middle sixties in which a Royal Navy downed bird (Wessex helicopter) is recovered to a base from the dense jungle clearings. This required a substantial stripdown leaving the Wessex barely recognisable as a helicopter. The site is Pensiangan as used in "Load Gone" a painting of a Beverley transport aircraft.
This painting is available for purchase 23" x 19" Oils £400 framed and delivered.
